Several months ago AOL told me I MUST abandon the AOL that served me well for 15 years and use "Gold"> This new service is slow and unreliable versus AOL 9.8. Why then must I use 100 words to say the new Gold is a seriously good reason to change to another system?
Is there some genie dictating 100 words are needed to say the new GOLD is an imposition on all once satisfied AOL customers? I have never heard of such an impostion from any reliable market research operation. As I near 100 words, I say phooey on AOL and whoever is running this research. Awful, awful, awful!!!
