I'm in my trial period of the new Gold Service. My old email worked just fine but the new and improved email does not want to send or download my emails.
My Chrome and Explorer mail accounts work just fine so its not an connection issue and my speed is the same. I only signed up for the trial to keep all my email contacts in the system and signatures however I had to reload all my signatures. I gave the system a few days to see if it was a glitch on not sending my emails but it still wont but I can from my phone but for long emails its challenging.
I have tried to look on the aol site for help but was not successful. Can I have my old aol email service back?
