They email to say I will be cut off over GPDR on Friday unless I sign up and press "start here" I then have to sign into the account again which raises the front page and nothing about how to proceed from their...…………..
Absolutely no help and when I send an email asking for help it will take 72hours when according to their information I will not have an account with them. Tried to phone customer services in UK to be told in a message there is no more phone customer services in UK.
After several weeks of distasterous service I think I am ready to give up.
