I tried to reset my password like I do all the time but this time it wasnt allowing me to and wanted me to call customer service. Call customer service and the CS agent IS ASKING FOR A CC# TO RESET MY PASSWORD AND WILL NOT SPEAK WITH ME UNLESS I PROVIDE THE CC# OR ALLOW THEM TO SPEAK SO MY FATHER, WHAT DOES MY FATHER OR CC# HAVE TO DO WITH RESETTING MY PASSWORD.
Asked to speak with the manager and put me on hold for 20+ min. Manager himself even said that I need to provide my CC # so they can go to the next step in updating my password. One my father and i have not talked in years and two it NOT HIS EMAIL ADDRESS and three what the *** does my CC # have to do with it.
All I wanted to do is change my password like I have always done and have had no issues till now. Looks like im deleting this email address and going with gmail.
