All of My Mail Waiting to Be Sent (draft templates for business e-mail) disappeared when I switched. I call AOL, waited 30 minutes and got billing, was switched to technical support after waiting another 30 minutes, and was almost immediately disconnected.
The Gold sign-in box is not as good as the old one. The old one told me how many e-mails were in my other AOL accounts and the Gold did not. When I sent an e-mail I was unable to bold the subject line. There were other problems as well.
I switched back to AOL 9.8 and am happy again. DO NOT SWITCH TO AOL GOLD!
