Have used aol for 17 years. It's been problematic, and costly.
However, it was what I first learned, I'm a creature of habit plus a few other reasons of worth. This latest attempt to get those who were getting it free to pay would have been fine with me had I been given the option to keep the 'Blue Version'. Perhaps you should have put the effort into fixing the problems with the former version instead of creating another more complicated version with more defects. Spent an entire morning, repeat, an entire morning working with your people and it's a disaster, repeat, a disaster.
Half of my files are still in the old version and the new. The prompts are redundant, confusing and scattered and some don't work at all.
