I WANT TO CANCEL BUT I CANNOT GET HELP!!! Really?

It takes THREE conversations to handle this? Why not offer your emails for free and not hire so many people to do one freaking job, which should be done by emails... you...
Ok, 21 minutes I will never get back. Funny, I elected to rate the customer service at the end of the call; and I was reminded a LOT while on hold to be sure and stay on the line after our conversation ...

but when the guy hung up--- I stayed on the line ... BOOM, it disconnected me! UNREAL!!

*** POOR service!

Awful , I waited 3 hours on phone than they hung up. Second day 2 hours. I sm in the hospital - my nurse figured it out. I have been with Sol forever but services are very awful .

Customer service was fine except he was unable to give me the former format I had for emails. I'm very, very angry. I've been a paying customer for probably 30 years and I'm now going to start looking for another carrier. You folks have changed something that wasn't broken. I notice that correct spell operates here, but doesn't operate on the "new and improved" AOL. This sucks!!!
