The verizon account was transferred to AOL , The password on the iphone stop responding, and I called AOL support. The support with the new password did not work, and it affected the WI-Fi connection on the iphone. I called again, this time the technician decide that he should check my laptop which was not a problem. Upon checking the laptop he decreed that it would cost
$ 399.00 to fix it. After some discussion he was willing to reduce this to about $ 200.00. When I refused to pay this amount, he hang up. No password for the iphone.
This is taking on the approach of “bait and switch “ and there is no excuse for not supporting a password issue.
I ended up deleting the verizon email from my cell phone.
