I after numerous attempts,have not been able to sign on even after following text instructions on how to do so-that is reset Password!after resetting ,a message appears on screen saying"oops password does not seem to be working".
I save spent two days trying to sign on as can not receive mail or use AOL to get my mail or use service for the Internet. I am considering deleting AOL and using another service!
I am greatly disturbed by this situation .please correct as soon as possible . or at least send me a number for customer service.
Or I will become a FORMER customer of AOL.since I can not get on AOL, I have no other choice. Skw626@aol
